RIGHT STRUCTURES AT MALTA’S EUROVISION SONG CONTEST

Leading TV and music production companies entrusted the integrity of Right Structure's Arch system to carry the broadcast and production equipment for one of the country's most popular live broadcasts, 3rd-4th February 2012.

The MFCC venue was transformed into a live Studio theatre for the country's Eurovision song finals which saw Malta's Kurt Calleja's performance of 'This is the Night' win the contest.

The versatility of the space afforded by the Arch system allowed flexibility, meaning the TV crew, studio audiences and viewers could be fully satisfied with the show and the level of production achieved.

Right Structures says;

"When faced with the challenge of delivering a live broadcast the production managers and production directors were precise in their demands for a stable support structure within the temporary MFCC venue, so that there was no movement of cameras and lights throughout the show, with precise placement of the set for optimum camera angles.

"Our Arch system meant that they could configure scenery, lighting, sound and cameras anywhere throughout the venue, and has proven itself to be stable within the precise boundaries that TV broadcasts require."
